Chris Monge

I am born and raised in Wisconsin and love calling it my home, living in the Madison area for most of my life, but have had stints in La Crosse, Eagle River and St. Germain as well. I’ve lived in Lodi since 2012 with my wife Jessica and we have a very spoiled but very sweet Cockapoo named Izzy that is our fur-baby. Izzy is usually with me most days that I’m in the office, so feel free to stop by and say “hi” to her, she’s never met a stranger and she loves people!



Possessing over 30 years’ experience in the financial and insurance world, I started focusing on Property & Casualty Insurance in 2010 and started my own Independent Agency in February 2012 as an Erie Insurance Agent. I’ve added multiple additional carriers through the years and I bring a coverage-focused approach to all of my clients, I strongly believe in insurance and I try to make sure that I have my clients protected as best we can for when the worst happens – we’ll be there to help pick up the pieces and put their lives back together again.


In my free time I enjoy boating, waterskiing, fishing, hunting, golf, traveling the USA and the world with Jessica and spending time family and friends. I love hockey (I started playing when I was three years old) and football as well as motorcycle road racing and auto racing.

Destiney Knueppel

With over a decade of experience in administration and accounting, I bring a detail-oriented, numbers-driven approach as a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Advisor. With over two years’ experience in insurance, I specialize in placing commercial habitational risks in today’s challenging market and am resilient in hunting down the best premiums and coverages for my clients. Whether I’m navigating complex commercial portfolios, guiding a recent graduate through their first auto and renters’ policy, or helping a family protect their home, my goal is to build lasting relationships rooted in peace of mind.


I live in Jefferson County, where my family originally immigrated to in 1847. I’d say they picked the perfect place, as most of us have stayed nearby to enjoy Wisconsin’s lakes, fishing, and of course, a game of rummy or euchre. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me with my husband and 10-year-old daughter—likely walking the dog, tending the garden, or in the kitchen preparing to be the next 'Top Chef.' In the colder months, we stay close to the fire with a good book or keep our spirits up with some stand-up comedy.

I live in Lodi, WI with my husband Gene and our family pet kitty Chloe. In my free time I like to read, garden, travel, and spend time with family and friends. I’m an avid Wisconsin Badgers fan - basketball, volleyball, and football.  



I’ve been an insurance agent for over twenty years, and I have over thirty-five years’ experience in customer service.  I enjoy helping people and educating them on their insurance coverages to make sure they are protected properly.
